[VIAC Supported Event] Conference on Recent Developments in Arbitral Legislation and Caselaw from England, France, Korea, Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland

The Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) is pleased to be a supporting organization of the Conference on Recent Developments in Arbitral Legislation and Caselaw from England, France, Korea, Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland – an event held within London Arbitration Week 2025, organized by the Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC).

The UK has just amended the English Arbitration Act of 1996, France is planning to revise its arbitration law, Singapore and China has also planned their arbitration laws revision. This conference will discuss the impact of such revisions for international arbitration both for the conduct of arbitration and its enforcement.
